- Sale of Laptops, Desktops, Components & Accessories
- LED/LCD TV Repair and CCTV Services
3. Product Sales
All products sold are either brand new, refurbished, or used, as clearly stated.

Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
4. Warranty Policy
4.1 Warranty Coverage
Warranty applies only to manufacturing or service-related faults under normal usage conditions.
4.2 Warranty Exclusions
Warranty is strictly NOT applicable for:
- Lightning damage
- Power surge or electrical faults
- Physical damage (cracks, drops, broken parts)
- Water or liquid damage
- Burnt components
- Unauthorized repairs or modifications
- Software issues unless explicitly covered
- ⚠️ Lightning and physical damage items are NOT covered under any warranty, whether for repair or sale.
5. Repair Terms
- Customers must back up data before handing over devices.
- Zipwaves Technologies is not responsible for data loss during repairs.
- Repair estimates are provided after inspection and may change upon deeper diagnosis.
- Replaced faulty parts become the property of Zipwaves Technologies unless otherwise requested.
6. Repair Warranty
- Repair warranty (if provided) is limited to the specific repaired part only.
- Warranty does not cover newly developed or unrelated faults.
- Warranty is void if the device is physically damaged after repair.
7. Payments
- Full or advance payment may be required before product delivery or repair release.
- Payments once made are non-refundable, except where required by Sri Lankan consumer law.
8. Returns & Refunds
- No refunds for change of mind.
- Returns are accepted only if the product is dead-on-arrival (DOA) and reported within 24 hours.
- Software services and repair charges are non-refundable.
9. Limitation of Liability
Zipwaves Technologies (Pvt) Ltd shall not be liable for:
- Indirect or consequential losses
- Data loss
- Business interruption
- Damage caused by misuse or external factors (electricity, environment)
10. Customer Responsibilities
Customers agree to:
- Provide accurate information
- Collect repaired items within the agreed time
- Inspect products upon delivery or collection
- Uncollected items beyond 30 days may incur storage charges or be disposed of after notification.
11. Intellectual Property
All content on this website (logos, text, images) belongs to Zipwaves Technologies (Pvt) Ltd and may not be copied without written permission.
12. Privacy
Customer data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and will not be shared with third parties except where legally required.
13. Governing Law
